InjectKings sells digital software products and license keys for gaming software. All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of digital products and license keys, once access is granted or a license key is delivered, we cannot offer refunds or returns. This policy is clearly disclosed prior to checkout and applies to all orders.

Digital Products and License Keys

All Digital Sales Final - No Refunds

All digital product and license key purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a license key is delivered or access to digital software is granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Gaming software license keys and activation codes
• Digital downloads and software products
• Account access and subscriptions
• Any other digital goods or services

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable:

Digital products and license keys are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the product description and system requirements before purchase
• You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your system and games
• License keys are single-use and cannot be revoked once delivered
• You waive any right to refund, return, or cancellation once the order is completed

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incompatibility with your system, game version, or anti-cheat software
• User error, improper installation, or configuration issues
• Detection, bans, or suspensions from game publishers or anti-cheat systems
• Loss of access due to forgotten credentials or account issues
• Dissatisfaction with product features or performance

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once completed. Digital products and license keys are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once an order is processed and a license key is generated or access is granted, the sale is final.

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact support@injectkings.com immediately. We may issue a refund or store credit at our sole discretion for verified duplicate purchases.

Technical Support

While we cannot offer refunds for digital products, we do provide technical support to help you with installation, configuration, and usage questions. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us at support@injectkings.com with:

• Detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
• System specifications and game version

Our support team will work with you to resolve technical issues, but this does not constitute a guarantee of refund or replacement.
